Lauren Aycock serves as a Solar Development Engineer for Sol Customer Solutions where she provides technical support from inception to operation of the project. She assists with early stage development, including site assessments and preliminary system design and production estimates. She is responsible for maintaining energy models throughout each phase of the design and is also involved in the interconnection process, project optimization, and design review.
Previously, Lauren was a two-time Sol intern, with roles in Project Delivery and later in Development Engineering where she remains now.
Lauren holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Tulsa. She is a licensed Engineer in Training (EIT) under the District of Columbia Board of Professional Engineering.
